Our Programs
Master Hamby offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of every student, from kids to adults. Master Hamby teaches traditional Lam Family Hung Gar Tiger /Crane style weapons, two man sparring set, empty hand set and chi gung conditioning body building
and free style fighting. He provides experienced instruction, personalized attention and guidance to help each student achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
